BRAMPTON ROWDY TERMS AND CONDITIONS LIFT

1. The promoter of the competition is Brampton Wines, a subsidiary of DGB (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoters").

2. The name of the competition is “Let’s Get Rowdy with Brampton” ("the Competition").

3. The Competition will run from 15 March – 30 June 2023. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3.1 For LIFT participants, the campaign period will run from 1 May – 30 June 2023.

4. Participants may enter as many times as they like throughout the promotional period (15 March – 30 June 2023) but must purchase either a glass or bottle of Brampton Wine from their local on-trade outlet. Only one entry per purchase will be applicable.  The entrant must upload an image of the Brampton wine purchase on either Facebook or Instagram, tag @bramptonwines and include the campaign hashtag #RowdywithBrampton.
4.1. LIFT participants: Entrants must order a glass of Brampton Wine on any national Lift flight within the campaign period (1 May – 30 June 2023) and similarly upload an image, tag @bramptonwines and include the hashtag #RowdywithBrampton.

5. NOTE: Any attempt to use multiple social media accounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit may result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, commercial contest subscription, incentives or other means not sponsored by the Promoter, entering service sites or any other automated means and entries by any means that subvert the entry process or do not conform to the terms or spirit of these competition rules, will void the entry and may disqualify the entrant.

6. 10 lucky winners will be randomly selected throughout the campaign period. Details will be verified upon submission.

7. The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on the social media account associated with the entry. If contact cannot be made within one week, Brampton Wines holds the right to draw a new winner. Prize liaison will take place within the month thereafter via email. The recipient will be requested to provide a valid email address and contact number to continue the redemption process via Direct Message.

8. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.

9. By entering the Competition, all Participants and Winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.

10. The competition is open to all participants eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entering the competition within the Republic of South Africa that are South African citizens (in possession of a valid South African ID book or card) and South African residents (in possession of a valid South African permanent residency permit). You are not eligible to participate in this competition if:

10.1. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of Brampton Wines or DGB (Pty) Ltd. its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition.

10.2. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 10.1 above.

11. Winners will be requested to share the following details: Name and surname, contact number, email address and social media image upload as proof of purchase, Identification document/ age verification.

12. Winners give Brampton Wines consent to use their names and social media handles for publicity purposes, unless refused.

13. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.

14. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

15. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

16. The Promoter assumes no liability whatsoever for any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failures affecting the participation and/or voucher redemption process of the promotion.

17. Your privacy is very important to Brampton Wines and it will use reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any information, including personal information, provided by you, or which is collected from you, is stored in a secure manner. You agree to provide Brampton Wines with accurate and current information and to maintain and update such information when necessary. The information collected by Brampton Wines may be used to send you information about products, services, and special offers that may be of interest or value to you. The information may also be processed by Brampton Wines, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential.

18. You acknowledge that any information supplied to Brampton Wines in terms of these Terms and Conditions is provided voluntarily.

19. By submitting any information to Brampton Wines in any form you further acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing of such information by Brampton Wines under any applicable law in the manner contemplated above, which consent shall, in the absence of any written objection received from you, be indefinite and/or for the period otherwise required in terms of any applicable law.

20. Unless you have consented, Brampton Wines will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent or otherwise make available any personal information about you (such as name, address, email address, telephone or fax number) to other parties and you indemnify Brampton Wines from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorized persons.

21. Should you believe that Brampton Wines has utilised your personal information contrary to applicable law, you shall first resolve any concerns with Brampton Wines. If you are not satisfied with such a process, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

22. You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Brampton Wines in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Brampton Wines is bound by law to recognise. Brampton Wines will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. Brampton Wines will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
